 Clear part of ye day & Cool. Dagt Pollard and Hannah went to Dagt Lambards. Son Ephms wife and mrss Burbanck here. Sist Barton Sleeps here. at home, part of my [Childn] here.

 Clear and Cool. Sist Barton and I went to Son Jonas and mr Wimans. Son Jonas wife took Tea there, James Purington allso. I was Calld at 11h Evng to Phineas Pains wife in Labour. at Son Jonas & Wiman & Phineas Pains.

Birth Phineas Pains 3d Dagt. recd 1 bsl wheat [Jany] 26, 1811.

Clear part of the day. mrss Pain was Deld at 1h pm of her 3d Dagt & 6th Child. I left her as wel as Could be Expected and reacht home at 4. Sist Barton mended mr Ballards Cloaths. Capt Solomn Voce Expired Sudently at 1 h pm. at Phins Pains. Birth 9th. Death Capt Solo Voce, very Sudint.

Clear. I was Calld by mr mc Farling at 4h ys morn to Go and See his wife. We arivd at his hous at 8h ys morn, his wife was Safe Delivd of her 2nd dagt & 3d Child at 9. [ by his present wife ] I Left there. at mr mcFarlins. Birth 10 th. receivd 10/.
