Cloudy and Colder. Jon^a, his wife and Wil^m went to son Pollards. I have had the head aik. my husband Sent me 1 q^t Gin, [] 2^lb Butter.

at [home]. Jona [&] wife to Pollards.

Cloudy. I have been mending A Coat for my Husband. Jona is Gone to Town meeting. his wife went to Jasons, 2 of his Childn scolt.

at home. mrs Piercess Childn Scolt.

Clear Part of ye Day. I have finisht mending A Coat for my husband. Jon^a Ballard brot y^e news of y^e Death of y^e widdo Hewens. shee Expired at 4h Pm.

at home. mrs Hewin Expired at 4h Pm.

Clear and Colder. I have been mending a waistcoat for son Cyrus and made Some Salv, went and dres^t Henry Peirces Burn. made Some pockett hand kerchiefs at Evning. Jon^a Ballard Junr informd that mr Tho^s Pitts^s Father was dead.

at mr Pierces. hear of A Death [otha] Hammond. Death.

X. Birth Saml Babcocks 3^d, Second Son. XX.

Cloudy part of y^e Day. I was Calld at 9h ys morn to see the wife of Saml Babcok 3^d. Shee was Deld at 11 of her 2^nd Son by him. I left them Comfortable and returnd home about sunsett. find Dagt Pollard, her Babe & Dag^t Dolly here. the remains of the widdo Hewen were interd y^s aftern.

at mr Babcocks. Birth 2nd. Funeral wido Hewin. receivd 9/ June 3^d.

Clear morn. mr Lambard Sent Joseph S. Spaldin for Dagt Pollard. Shee and Childn went. Dagt Ballard, L^e faett and martha went to mr Babcocks. EbenZ Trask and wife Dind here and Sett out for mr B^s. I went to mr Pierces, help^t Dress the Childs Burns. Came home, finisht [washing].
