 Clear. I was Calld by son Lambd to go and See his wife who is unwell, his Father there. Ephm workt here. at son Lambds.

 Clear. I was at Son Lambds. he was Breaking up land, his Father helping him; his wife not very well. at Ditoes.

 Clear and pleast. mr Lambd and son went to Thos Allins, brot some apples home. my Dagt, my Self, Sally Selvester and all the Childn Dind at Son Pollards. at Ditoes & at Son Pollards.

 raind and Snowd. Son Lambard Ploughd foren. I was there this day. Son Ephm has Seen 22 years this day at 11h pm. at Son Lambds.

 Clear. Bror Lambd Sett out for home. Saml Drove his oxen to John Norths and wrode his sons hors home. Colo Duttuns Dagts there. at Ditoes.

 Clear and warm. I returnd home at 10h morn. Betsy Sett out to go to her dads. I was Calld to see the wife of Magr Bengm Stickney who is unwell, was there all night. at Ditoes & at mgr Stickneys.

 Clear and pleast. mrs Slickney had her women Calld aftern and was unwell all night. we had Some Sleep. at Ditoes.

X. Birth mgr Benn Stickneys 5th Son. XX.

Clear. my Patients illness Came on Severe this morn and Shee was at 10h 30m Safe Deld of her 5th Son & 7th Child. I lefe her and inft Cleverly and reacht home at 3h 30m. we all Supt at Son Jonas. Betsy returnd at Evng. at Ditoes & at Son Jonas. Birth 8th. recd 9/ as a rewd.
