X. Birth James Hinkleys 2nd Son & 3 Child. XX.

Cloudy. mr Ballard and Cyrus are gone to meeting. Cyrus Came home at noon, it raind. James Hinkley Came at 1h pm for me to go and See his wife who is in Labour. we arivd, find his mother and Ben Churches wife there. we Calld the mc Causland wives after Sun Sett & Patient was Deld at 7h Evn of a fine Son, her 3d Child, and is Cleverly. I tarried all night. at James Hinkleys, New France. Birth 10th. recd 1_ bushl Corn the 4 inst.

 Cloudy, raind Some. I left my patient as well as Could be Expected and returnd home at 10h m. mr Ballard & Cyrus are gone to Town meeting, it was Put by by reason of the warning being illegal. I went to bed and Slept Some. Snowd at Evng. at James Hinkleys.

 Snowd the most of the day. mr Ballard went to a Lecture at Hallowell. I have been very unwell this day. at home.

 Clear. mr Ballard gone up Streat. I feel very unwell. James Hinkley brot me 1_ bushels Corn for my assisting his wife. at home. mr James Hinkly brot me 1_ bushel Corn.

 Clear. this day is Sett aPart as a day of Fasting and Prayer. mr Ballard, Cyrus and my Self attended worship at Augusta. the Revd mr Stone Discoarsd from Provs 14th Ch 34th vers. I went to mrss Pattins at intermition. at meeting, wrode in a Sleigh. Calld at Son Lambts.

 Clear. mr Ballard and Son Ephm brot 10h Hay from mr Spragus. I have been at home. Esqr Preskot and mr Bishop Dind here. we had 9 lb Butter of ye Esqr on Credt. at home.

 Clear. Phillip Bullin dind here. mr Ballard went to Parish meeting. we got a kettle Soap into the Seller. I finisht kniting a pair hoes for mr Ballard, the 4 Pr I have made him this winter. at home. Nathl Whicker Expird.
