Clear [       ] morn. Son Town, his wife and Babe left me at 10h ys morn. may God be Pleasd to grant them a Safe return to their famely and that they may find them all in health & Safety. mr Ballard went to Son Jon as. I have been at home. [at home. Son Town his wife from here home ].

Clear morn. mr Ballard went and borrowed Esqr Daviss Sleigh and Conducted me to See mr Pattin whome I find very Low indeed. I tarried all night; he had a very restless night. [Juda] Smith Sett up with me to watch. mrss Pattin is as well as Can be Expected. at mr Pattins, he is [very] low [indeed]. Old mr Hinkley Disceast this Evn.

Clear. I was Calld from mr Pattins about 10h m by mr Ebenzr Church to go and See the wife of Samuel Davis. I find her unwell but not in labour. I tarried all night, mrss Brown allso. I had but little rest by reason of the Cold and hard lodging. at Ditoes & Saml Daviss.

Clear. I tarrid with my Patient till near night when I left her more Comfortable. am informd that the remains of mr Hinkly were interd this Evn and that mr Pattin deceast this morn. Hepsy went to the hook after I Came home. [ at Saml Davis.  Death mr Pattin.  Internment  of old mr Hinkley.]

Clear and Cold. I have been at home, mr Ballard with a Bridg Committee, Cyrus to mill. I feel unwell at night. at home.

Clear and Cold. I was Calld on the first hour by two Boys, who Came on foot, to go and See the wife of Sam Braly but Could not go for want of acomadation. I went to the funeral. [at the funeral of mr Thos Pattin.]

Clear. mr Ballard up to town, Cyrus [   ] Jon as [   ] home. I bakt Some apple pies & Wheat Bread. I finisht kniting Cyruss Stockins. at home. Jon a [ went home from here. ]
