Cloudy and Some rain foren. I workt in my Gardin aftern, planted Beets and Mellon Seeds. the wind blowd Cool. mr Ballard been to Varsalboro. Silva Came home from Pitts tⁿ. Ebenz Moore Sleeps here.

Clear. mr Ballard, my Self, Selva, Sally & Ephm attended meeting at the hook. mrss Waid was lost in the woods. Ebenz Moore went home. Dolly has been unwell y^s Day.

Clear. mr Ballard and Silva finisht planing. I have workt in my Gardin, Sowd Carrotts, Parsnips, Onions, Radishes; planted Cucumbers & Vermillion Seed. mr Ballard is gone to y^e fort.

Clear foren. I went to the hook, bot a Brass kettle wt 5 lb a^t 4/ pr lb of Capt FilleBrown. Cloudy aftern. I went to mr Pollards, was at mr Smiths, Pitts^s, Gills and Son Pollards. Came home at 5, Sett Down to write to Doct Barton and was Calld off by mr Hodges to See mrs Black. Shee was Deld at 7 of a Daug^t, her 4^th Child; number of Sex Equal. I tarried all night, my Patient was Exercisd with Some pain.

rainy. I was Calld from mr Blacks to Capt Cocks^s to See his Dagt Kimbal a^t 4h morn. Shee was very ill but was Safe Deld at 4h pm of a fine Daugh^t. I left her and infan^t as well as Could be Expected and returnd home by water; was Some fatagud. our famely were in Bed wⁿ I Came [home].
