Cloudy part of ye Day, rain aftern. I have workt in my Gardin & Doubled hoes yn, & knit Some. Sett Some french Turnips. mr Ballard made plan, the Boys Cutt bushes, James had a brother Calld to See him from ye westwd. at home. James Sturges Brother here. yeBoys Cut Bushes.

X. Birth Capt Phillip Norcross Son & 3d Child. XX.

Clear & Cool morn. I was Calld at 5h morn to See Capt Phillip Norcross wife in Labour. Shee was Safe Deld at 20m after noon of a fine Son, her 3d Child. I left mother & Child Cleverly at 4h Pm, was Conducted by water to Shepherds wharf, from there walkt home. Calld at Capt Neys, Gows, Parmers, Sewalls. there Bot 2 Skeins Silk, 1/2 Dozn table Spoons, Cost 2/2. Calld at mr Danys, Norcross, & T. Hinkleys, arivd at home at 7h pm. Dolly returnd at Evn. mr Town & Sturges Sleep here. James is unwell. at Capt Norcross. Birth 24th. receivd 6/ as a reward. mr Town Sleeps here.

Clear. mr Town Sett out for home, Dolly with him, Cyrus to Pownalboro, Sally to Esqr Smiths. Selva Moore here. I have been working in my Gardin Some. at home all Day. at home. Dolly went to Winslow.

Clear & Cool. mr Ballard and Sally Cocks went to meeting, James to Varsalboro. I went to See mrs Pitts, Shee thinks that Shee is mending. Shee Came home from mr Foots this afternoon. at Shubal Pittss, his wife is more Comfortable.
