Clear. I was Calld from Col^o Sewalls to See mrs Morgin. Shee was Deld of a Daugt^r at 4^h Pm. I returnd to mr Pollards, tarried there y^s night.

Clear. I was Calld to mr Patridges to See Patty M^c neere who has y^e Collic & fitts. Calld from there to Colo Sewalls, from there to James Hinkleys Jun^r, his wife was Deld at 11h Evn of a Son, her firs^t Child. I tarrid all night. the wrideing is very Bad. the fresh^t over the Bridges at y^e hook.

Clear. I Came from mr Hinkleys, Calld at home & returnd to Col^o Sewalls.

Clear morn, Snowd before night. I wen^t to mr Parkers this morn, was Calld to Jason Pierses; his wife is unwell.

Snowd. I was at mr Pierces, his wife So ill that we Calld mrs Pollard & Savage. Jonas hors fell thro the ice on y^e mill Pond.

Clear & pleast. mrs Pierce was Deld a^t 10h morn of a Dagt, her first Child. I left her Comfortable & returnd to Col^o Sewalls. I receivd 6/ by my D^t Dolly June 6th of mr Pierce.
