Clear. Manly & Dicky & Ephm were gathering Corn. Seth Juet Foster returnd at Eving. the Rule which have been Chosen to Determen what the Town of Hallowell Should giv the Revd mr Isaac Foster reported this Day, that he Should have 112=10 & Col^o Howard as Treasurer has given his note on Demand for the Same, with interest till paid. mr Foster & other Gentlemen Calld here on their return home. I have futed Eph^m a pair of hoes.

Clear part of y^e Day. our men finisht Gathering our Corn. mr Ballard returnd. I knitt the lower part of a pair of Leggins for him.

I was at home.

Clear & very pleasant. mr Hamlin and his wife here, mr Burtun and wife also. my Girls went to Hamlins at Evn, mr Ballard to Doc^t Coneys. Manly went to Colo Norths to See mr Howard who is Sick there.

I was at home.

Clear & very pleast. I went to Colo Norths to See mr Howard, find him mending. was at mr Savages, his wife is unwell. mr Ballard Bot Bais of Colo Howard for a waist Coat.

Clear & pleasant day, raind at night. I was Calld at 8^h morn to See mrs Palmar at the hook, Shee was in travil. mrs Swett and my Self only waited on her till Evn when mrs Duttun, Greely & Sewall were Calld & mrs Arnold in the morn following.
