Birth Capt Norcroses Son. I receivd 6/.

rainy. I Came from mr Hewins to mr Pollards. my hors mird & I fell off in the mud, but blessed be God, I receivd no hurt. mr Hewin attended me to mrs Husseys. w arivd at 11h morn. mrs Nor Cross was in Travil, her women were immidiately Calld & Shee was Safe Delivd at 5h 30m Evn of a fine Son. her Husband & mrs Delino, & her Childn, went on board bound for Nantucket Early ys morn. Came from mr Hewins to mrs Husseys.

A very Cold morn, Snowd. I took my leav of mrs Hussey & famely. Came to mr Herseys, he and William Howard brot me from fort westorn by water. I left my patients Cleverly & found my famely well. it is the greatest freshet in this river yt has been this many years. I returnd home from mrs Husseys. Left my hors at mr Brookses.
