Birth mr Butlers 2nd dagt.

Clear Part of y^e day. I was Calld to See mrs Butler who livs in the hous which mr Livermore formally did. Shee was in Labour and was Safe Deld of her 2^nd Dagt & 3^d Child, about mid night. I tarried till morn.

at mr Butlers. Birth 8^th. recd 6/ [ ].

Clear part of y^e day. I left my patient as wel as Could be Expected & reacht home a^t 7^h am. mrs Emry, Sis^t Barton, mrs Smart, Dagt Pollard, Ballard, Dolly, Lucy, W^m & [ ] Lambd. [ ] Warrin & Georg Stone helpt mr Ballard hough potatoes.
