        article, Voted to accept of the road between. Lots No. Forty 
        three and Forty four, agreeable to the minutes presented this day in Town 
        meeting by the Select Men. Also voted to accept of the road between Lots 
        Number Twenty two, and Twenty three, (East side the river) agreeable to 
        the minutes of the same, presented this day in Town Meeting by the Select 
        Men. Also Voted to accept of the alteration of the County road East Side 
        of the river, through the Lands belonging to the heirs or Mr. 
        Samuel Cony, Deceased, Mr. Natha. Hersey, James 
        Howard Esq. and Colo. William Howard, -- agreeable to the Minutes 
        of the same, presented in Town meeting this day by the Select Men.Also Voted to accept of a road from Winthrop 
        line begining at a beach Tree, ( [near] Mr. Follitt in [s.d] 
        Line) and running Easterly to the County road, _ agreeable to the minutes 
        of the same, presented in Town meeting, this day by the Select Men -- 
        Also voted to accept of a road (or piece of a road) near Mr. 
        Isaac Clark's and ajoining Kenabec river agreeable to the Minutes of the 
        same, presented in Town-meeting this day by the Select Men and also Voted 
        to accept of an alteration of the Town road near Mr. Daniel 
        Stevens agreeable to the minutes of the same presented in Town meeting 
        this day by the Select Men.

      the fifth article, Voted to grant thirty Pounds for the support of the poor 
      of the Town, and for the other Necessary Charges of the Town Also Voted to grant Two Hundred Pounds, for 
      the purpose and use of repairing the highways the present year -- Also Voted 
      6/ pr day for a man, til the first of October and 5/ after that 
      time, and a yoke of oxen with a yoke and chains the same price --
