A Clear Day. mr Ballard, Son Town, Jono & Ephn Cowen gone to asist Broth Moore Rais his hous. the Girls went to mr Westons. Polly Hamlin Came home with ym, & sleeps hr. Mr Sual here, paid me 6/ for attending his wife in Travil with her Last Child. Capt Springer paid 4/ for my Servis, it being what remaind my Due. mr Hollowy Sleeps here ys night. the anavercery of ye Death of my Dater Dorothy.

A hott day. Son Town, Betsy & Polly Left here for home. Jono went wh them. we Dind on veal hazlet. mr Brooks, Theops, Polly Hamln & Sally Pre here aftern. Capt Nichols here Directly from oxford, informs our friends are well. his Daftr Campbel has had her 7th Son.

Clear. the girls washt. Mr Ballard wint to mr Sualls forenn, to town meating aftern. mrs Copelin & mrs Hodges here. I feel unwell. Cowen Moed ye gardin. we pickt some Cotten.

a Cloudy day. mr Ballard & 12 men wrkd on ye Road up ye hill North of our hous. mr Smily here, Dind. Jono Came home from Son Towns, they are well. we Bakd a quartr of Veal & Began to Spin our Cottne. Jono Brot home Some herrin fish fm Towns.

Clear. mr Ballard workd about home. I went to Mr Williamss. mrs Page there. James Slacpool Sleeps here. the anaversery of the Death of my Daugt Martha who Deceast in 1769 aged 8 years & 2 months & 28 Days.
