Cloudy & Some rain. I have workt in ye gardin, Sett french Turnips & Done other matters, feel fatagued. mr Ballard backt wood & workt in ye gardin. H. Ballard & Lucy Smith here for greens. mrs Smith took Tea with us, Shee brot me 2 knots thread. at home. mrs Smith here.

Clear part of ye day. Wilm B. went to ye Settlement, Bot me 1 busl Corn 7/6, [_] pint ginn. to mr Hodges, he Sent me 2/1 lb Tea which was my due. at home.

Clear, the air Cool. I have done hous work. mr Ballard went to mr Oroks, bot 2/1 lbsl rie A 7/ pr busl, 3/6 with Eggs. he got Some Crackers & ginger bread. Lefaett Planted potatoes South of our gardin. at home. Le faett planting potatoes South of our gardin.

X. Birth mr Oroks 2nd Dagt by this wife. XX.
Clear & pleast. I was Calld at the riseing of the Sun by mr Orok to See his wife who was in Labour. Shee was Safe Deld at 8h 30m of a Daught, her Second by him. I tarried till 5h pm & he Conducted me to Son Jonas. I walkt fm there home, find mr Ballard not So wel as I Could wish. I took Care of my piggs, fouls & Sett Squash plants. at mr Oroks. Birth 9th. recd two Dollars reward.

Clear. I have Bakt & washt. mrs Trask Came in to See me, Hanh B. with her. at home. mrs Trask here.

Clear & warm. I have been at home. Becky Fletcher & Hannah Balld here. Wm went to mr Oroks, bot me a pail, 2 lb Sugar, pint 2/1 ginn; Cost 1 Dolr. he informd me mr Oroks inft Expired yesterday. at home. Death mr Oroks infant yesterday.

Clear forn, Cloudy aft. mr Church Williams Came & Conducted us to his hous but there is no meeting and he brot us home again. at mr Williamss. we had no meeting & we returnd.
