X. Birth John Pierces Son, first born. XX.
Clear part of ye day. I was Calld after 1h Pm to See the wife of John Pierce who was in Labour. Shee was delivd about 2 of a Son, her first Born; her husband absent. Sister Barton & Son Jonas wife there but Shee was Delivd before they arivd. Sist & I got home at dusk. at Capt Smilh. Birth 4th. Jany 19 recvd the [last] of my Due.

Cloudy foren. Sist Barton went to Son Jonas at 11 O clock. it began to Snow at 3h Pm. Wm Bald Sleeps here. at [home].

Clear. I have done hous wk, began to brew. was Calld to Son Jonas, Elisabeth is Sick. EbenZ Trask and wife there, he Conducted Sist Barton & I home in his Sleigh. at Son Jonas, the babe is Sick.

Clear part of ye day. James Purington and his uncle here. my Sist Sleeps here. at home.

Clear part of the day. I have done hous wk & knit. was Calld to Son Jonas at 9h 30m Evng to See James and Elisabeth who are unwel. I tarried all night. at Son Jonas.

X. Birth B. Shaws 2nd Dagt. XX.
Clear. mr Ballard Came to Son Jonas, took Breakfast and we Came home. left ye Childn better. I was Calld at 3h 30m pm to See B. Shaws wife East of ye Bridg. Shee was Deld of a Dagt, her Second Child, about 11 Evng. I tarried till morn. at Ditoes & B. Shaws. Birth 5th. recd 9/ Cashas reward.

Clear. I left patients Cleverly and reacht home at 11h 30m Am, feel fatagued. Son Jona and Edmond Warrin here. Son Epm 31 years old yesterday. at mr Shaws, fee recevd.
