Clear & pleast forenn, Cloudy aftern. I have done hous wk & knit. Wm sleeps here. at [home].

A Snow Storm. Son Jona, his wife and babe Sett out for Clinton at noon whin it Ceast Storming but it Came on again. Patty Town and Sarah Farewel took Tea here. Son Pollard, his wife, Rhoda & ye babe gone to Clinton, Saml allso. I have been Cuting Eyes out of Potatoes, have knit Some. at [home]. Company here.

Clear and Cool. Son Ephm Conducted me to his hous ys aftern. Elijah Barton there. at Son Ephms.

Clear and cold. mr Ballard Came to Son Ephms, dind there. my Son gave him 1 lb Tobacco & Some Lickoris ball. I tarrie all night. at Ditoes.

Clear and Cold. Wm Farewel Esqr and wife Came to my Sons, Sister Barton allso. Luke brot me home. the Bell was toled for ye Death of Old mr Babcock, he was 89 years. I Calld at mr Hamlins, his wife not at home. Allin Lambard gave me 20 Cents. Son Ephms wife gave 2 lb Candles. at [Ditoes]. Death Old mr Babcock.

Clear and not very warm. the Boys went to Son Jonas. Allin went home. I have been at home. Ephm [and] Barna Came late and Slept here. at [home].
