Cloudy part of the day. I was Calld to See James Ballard who is unwel. we administred a Clister which Seemd to relieve him. I returnd at 11h am. mrs Farewel Came in, Shee and Jona Junr & Allin Lambard Dind. Allin left Son Towns yesterday, all well there. at Son Jonas to See James.

Clear. I have been at home till 9h pm when I was Calld by a mr Smith to go and See his wife who is unwel. I left Patty Town here. at James Smiths.

X. Birth James Smiths Son, 7th Child. XX.
Clear and pleasant. I have been with mrs Smith, Shee has been unwel all day. her Neighbour women were Calld in at 1h pm. Shee was Safe deld before 2 of her 4th Son & 7th Child. I receivd 1 lb Tea 6[_] do Sugar and 1 qt of Ginn & _ peck Salt as a reward. at Ditoes. Birth 11th. receivd 11Sas a reward. Child wd 10lb _ lb.

Clear and very warm. I have done part of my work about house and went to See mrss Cleark. Clarinda Came for Patty Town to watch. Son and dagt Lambard & 3 Childn Sleep here. at Saml Clearks, his wife is very Sick.

Clear and warm. mr Ballard to meeting. my Childn went to Son Jonas. I went and Dind, was Calld to mr Livermores, tarried all night. at Son Jonas & mr [Livermores].

Clear and warm. I went to Son Ephms, was very unwel all day but returnd to Livermores [ ]. at Livermrs and Son Ephms. hear of Chadocks death.
