Clear part of ye day. I have done hous wk, houghd Beens & potatoes. Sett F. Turnips & Squash plants. mr Ballard had a Swine of Son Jona which wd 135 lb. he houghd Corn forenn, went to parrish meeting aftern. Calld to see Dagt Lambd, finds her Comfortable. at home. mr Ballard to Parish Meeting.

Cloudy till 11 am, Clear aftern. I have washt Some, workt Some in my gardin &C. John Walls wife & his Sist Lason here for Currents, took Tea here. James Wall Expired last Thursday, left a wife & 2 Childn to moarn. at home. Thunder and rain at night.

Birth mr Burdens 6th Son & 12th Child.
Clear and warm. I was Calld by mr Burden at 7h morn, his wife in Labour. Shee was [fe] Deld at 6h 30m pm of her 6th Son & 12th Child. I left her Comfortable and returnd home, did my work up which took me till Eleven O Clock Evng. i was quite falagued. at mr Burdens. Birth 7th. Wm Sleeps here.

Cloudy foren, thunder & rain aftern. I wed and bed of Beets and Sett Cabage & Turnip [plants]. at home. Wm Sleeps here.

Clear Part of ye day. mr Ballard and I attended Lecture. Revd mr Stone Discoarst fm Acts 26th C 28 vers. Magr Coneys wife & Reuel Williamss [ond] ye Covenant and had their Childn Baptised. Judg North & Cony presented 2 Each & Brooks & mrs Hannah Cox was admited to full Communion with this Church. at Leclure & at Dagt Lambds. her Babe is not well. Dolly, Lucy & Wm Sleep here, M. B. allso.
