Clear amd warm. I have been very unwel. Hannah Ballard and helpt me, her Dady & Marm Came aftern, made Tea and partook with us. I feel Some Easier at Evng for which I wish to Bless ye author of all mercies. at [home], very unwel. Hannah [Came] to [wait ] of me.

Clear. I have done my hous wk and Some in my gardin, was Calld to See Hannah Ballard, find her very unwel. mr Ballard been to Survey for Nathl Cumings and Salmon Rockwoods, brot home 6 lb Old Chees. mrs Smith brot my meal home. at Son Jonas to See Hannah. Shee is very unwel.

Birth Son Lambards 8th Child and 3d Dagt. [Case] [performd] by Doct [Elliu].
Cloudy all day. I was Calld by Son Ephm at 3h 30m in ye morn to go and See my Dear Daugt Lambard who was Delivd of her 8th Child and 3d Daught before he Came for me. no one Present at ye Birth of the Child but mrs Piper. Doct [Elliu] performd the remainder of her Labour and through the great Goodnes of God I found her as wel as Could be Expected. Son Ephm Shew a brotherly kindness, went and brot necessaries and then went to Son Pollards and brot Pally Town to Nurs her aunt. I returnd home before night and did my hous hold business. Martha [  ]. at Dagt Lambards. mr Ballard to meting. Text [ ] VIth 21. mr [ arker] Performd.
