Clear and hott. I have houghd part of my purple Corn and Cabbages. mr Nathl & Saml Cumings wives Calld here. Daugt Pollard & her Sons here, Saml Sleeps here. Shee & Thoms at Son Jonas, his wife is very unwel. Dagt Lambd been to See her. mr Lambd had a Barl flour brot home. I have mended a pair Cottne hoes for mr Ballard. at home. 2 mrs Cumingss & Dagt Pollard here, gave us 4_ lb pork.

Clear Except a Shower about noon. mr Ballard & Son Cyrus to meeting. Revd mr Stone Discoarst fm Matthu 6th C 33 vers. Daugts Pollard, Ballard & mrs Gill here. Childn & Others together with our own fameties to amount of [25]. at home. Dagt Pollard here, Set out for home after 6h Pm.

Clear and windy, thee air much Cooler. I have done my washing but So feeble that I was oblidged to Lay down a number of times. at home, washt.

Clear and not very warm. Dagt Ballard & mrs Trask, mrs Gordin, Swanton & Nancy & Wm Stones wife, H, S & M Bld been here ys day, mrs Parker allso. I have been very unwel. mr Ballard been to Hallowell to hear an Oration of ye free masons, it was perfm by a mr Pierley. at home, very unwell. mr Balld brot me a pint of Cherry.

Clear & warm. I finisht houghing my Corn in ye Gardin. the widdo Savage Came to See us. Shee and Charls Swanton Dind here. Shee and I went to Son Jonas. at Son Jonas.

Clear and warm foren. mr Savage and I went to mr Andruss aflern. A Cloud arose. we Sett out from there, got to mr Wimans and had very heavy Shours. it Ceast raining and we reacht home after Candle light. [Shubal] & Thos Hinkleys wivs at mr Ands. at mr Andruses and mr Wimans. mr Ands is Some Easier.
