Clear and Cool, there was frost ys morn. I have Bakt Pumkin Pies. Daughts Ballard, Lambd and my Self went to See mrs Wiman. mr Ballard there to Tea. at mr Wimans.

Clear. I have workt very hard in my gardin, houghd my Corn, Cucumbers, wed part of my oinions. mr Austin brot us 6 lb wool for the use of six Sheep which he took of us Jany 7th for one year. Daugt Ballard Sent me 1 lb Butter. Ephms wife Sent 10 lb rice. Son Pollard here to Tea, his famely are well. at home. mr Austin brot us 6 lb wool. Son Pollard here. [Hasil] Petingl] here.

Clear till near night. I have done hous wk and wed gardin. mr Ballard, Lambard, [Rhines] & Luke houghing Corn. Dagt Lamd & Dolly Strikeing a harnes. at home, workt in my Gardin.

Clear and very warm till near night when A Sea turn Came on. I have done hous wk, wed 1 Bed in ye gardin. Daugts Ballards, mrs Gill, Hannah & Sally Pollard to Tea.. ye 2 latter Sleep here. Sopha, Wm, Martha & James here. at home. Childn & Grand Childn here. Dagt Lamb finisht her Hernes.

raind ye most of ye day. I have been at home, transplanted 13 Cucumber Plants. Hannah & Sally Pold, Hanh & Martha Ballad & Ephm 3d, and Carroline Gill took Tea here. at home, [mended] mrs Brown Short Goun & Skirt, Sett Cucumbrs.

Clear. I rose Early, Searcht my Plants, killd many Bugs. did a larg wash, washt my room & [dugt] Lambd left home at ye 11th hour for Son Pollards. Sally [wit ] Dolly helping her. at home. Dagt Lambd to Son Pollards.
