a rainy day. I have finisht my washing but have felt very unwel. I gatherd Some String Beens towards night. Lucy Shaw here, informs mrs Getchels Child is very Sick, its Mother Came into the hous with Saml Parker yesterday. at home.

rainy. I did my work and went to See mrs Getchels Child who is Sick. I went over Shoes in water to git to the hous of mr Parker where Shee now resides. at Saml Parkers to See mrss Getchels Child.

a very rainy day. mr Ballard at worship aftern. Revd mr Parker performd, Discoarst from Jude 7th C. Daugt Ballard here, informs mrs Gitchels Child is Better. at home. mr Balld to [meeting].

Clear and Cooler & windy. mr Ballard has been Surveying for John Davis Esqr and for Luis Hamlin, he Came home at 9h Evng. I have gathered the last of my Currents, Sheld Some mustard, ironed &C. at home. gathered the last of my Currints. mr Ballard been Surveying.

Clear. Dagt Ballard, Martha & James here. my husband been to Survey for Lewes Hamlin, the farm on which Isaac Hardin formerly lived. I have done hous work and wed Gardin. at home. Dagt Ballard & Childn here, took Tea.

Clear. we had our wheat finisht reaping & got into ye Barn; and part of the hay N of ye gardin. I have done various kinds of work. at home.
