Clear and pleast. Dagt Lambd Came and dind here. I went to Son Jonas with her. mr Gills & wife and Patty, mr Town and his wife, Son Lambd & Ephm Supt there. at my Sons. Dagt Lambd here.

Clear. I have Done my work, Bakt, &C, feel fatagued. mrs Parker Calld here. Ephms Mare is Lambe. I put honney & Campeva on to ye wound. at home.

Clear. I have been at home. mr Ballard & Ephm at meeting. I went to Bed at 9 and was Calld at 10 to See mrss Black, was there all night. at mr Blacks.

XX. Birth James Blacks 3d Son & 7th Child. XX.

Clear till Evn, Snowd a little then. my Patient s women were Calld in at dusk and Shee was Safe Deld at 6h Evn of a fine Son which wd 11 lb _, Her 3d son & 7th Child. Shee is as Comfortable as Can be Expected but has had a Severe Labour. I tarried att night. wido Thomas watcht. at Ditoes. Case 2nd. receivd 7/6 by Dagt Pollard March 20th 1804.

Clear and very pleast. I left my Patient after Breakfast. Calld to See mrs Moody, find Shee has taken Cold but likely to get over it. her inft is as well as Can be Expected. I had a Severe fit of Cramp ys night. at Ditoes & mr Moodys.

Snowd. I was Calld at 1h m to go and See mrs Trip, found a number of women with her but Shee was not very Sick. I tarried this day with her, mrss Wiekson allso. we Slept there. at mr Trips.

Cloudy. I left ye patient as well as I found her. Calld to See mrs Black, find her not so well as I Could wish. Came home, laid on ye Bed and got Some Sleep before night. son Jonas wife and 2 youngist Childn here. Son Pollard and Rhoda Calld here at Evng. at Ditoes & at mr Blacks.
