Cloudy and Some rain. I have been very unwell but being Calld by mr James Kenny at 4h pm, I went to See his wife. Shee was Safe Deld at 5h 30m of her Second Dagt & 4th Child. I left her and inft very Comfortable and arivd at home at 10h 30m Evn.

at Evn to go to See the wife of Thos Kenny. I wrode
to Esqr Smiths and went by water from there, found mrs Kenny
very unwell and her women with her.
