Clear & Cold. the ice Stopt here this night. I have been at home. Dolly & Sally went to help mrs Hinkley quillt. Eph Laiton Sleeps here. mr Ballard to ye fort. at home. my Girls to mr Hinkleys. river Closed ys night.

Cloudy morn, Cleard of at noone. Dolly went to mr Pollards to work, Shee Seems to be more unwell than Shee has lately been. I have been at home. mrs Smith Calld here, Son Jona here at Evng. at home. Dolly is gone to mr Pollards.

Clear till near night, it raind a little & Snowd at Evng. mrs Densmore here and warpt a web of 50 yds. her husband Came for, they Drank Tea here. mr Ballard has been fixing ye Barn So as to house our Cattle. at home. rain & Snow.

Snowd. mr Ballard finisht fixing the Barn to house his Cattle. I was Calld at Evn to See mrs Phinney, found her very ill. Shee was Deld of a Dagt, her first Child by her present husband, at 9h Evn. I tarried all night, mrs Desnmr allso. my Palients Cleverly. I receivd 6/ as a [reward]. at mr Phinneys. Birth 47th. his firstBorn, her first 6th Child.

Clear & Pleast. I returnd. mr Ballard & Cyrus went to meeting at ye fort. Sally Cocks to ye hook. Ephm Seeking our Sheep. Dolly Came home at Evng, informs me mrs Baxter is no Better, or Shee is insensable Shee is. at Ditoes. Dolly returnd. Ephm wenthome with Jack Ballard.
