Birth Josep Savages Dagt.
Clear. mrs Savage was Safe Deld of a Dagt at 2h morn. I left her as Comfortable as Could be Expected at 6, and Came to my Sons. find his wife a little better. I tarried there this Day & night. at [Ditoes & my Sons]. Birth 7th

Clear & more Pleast. I left Jonas wife So well as to Sett up Some & brot her oldest Son home with me. mr James Page & Silva Moore Dind here. mr Ballard went to Varsalboro at Evng. Eph went to School to mr D. Livermore. at my Sons.

X. Birth Wilm Swantons Son. XX.
Clear till Evn when it Snowd. I was Calld at 1h pm to See mrss Swanton who Deld at 7 of a Son, her Second Child. I went to See Capt Savage who is unwell. Calld allso to See mr Williamss Dagt who remains very weak. Came home about 11h Evng. I receivd 6/ as a reward. at mr Swantons. Birth 8th.

Clear & very pleast. Ephm workt for mr Kennady. mr Cyrus went to Capt Filly Browns, Bot me 14 lb flower, gave 2/5, G Bd /2. mr Patridg & wife Calld here at Evng. I have been at home. at home.

Clear. I washt ye west room floor. Dolly got a web to work, Sally wove Some, about 2 yds. at home.

Snowd. mr Ballard returnd from Varsalboro, informs yt Thos Robbins Departed this life last Evng, Sudenly. mr Ballard only of our famely attended Public worship. my Son Jon a Came & Carried little Jacky home. Ephm went to take ye mare home. at home. mr Seth Williams Dagt Betsy Expird ys night.
