Clear. mr Ballard & Sons went to meeting, mr Turner Performd. Sally went aftern. Augustus Ballard was brot here ys aftern. I was Calld at 8h Evn to See Nathl Shaws wife, Shee was Delivd at 11h 5m of a Son. I tarried all night. at mr Shaws. Birth 44th. I receivd 6/.

Clear. I returnd from mr Shaws, left them Cleverly. find Agsts much as he was. Dolly is gone to Son Pollards. mr Bullin here ys Day. I was Calld aftern to mr Timy Pages wife who was Safe Deld at 7h Evn. I tarried all night, her Child was a Son which wd 11lb 1/4. at Shaws & Timy Pages.Birth 45th, for ys year & 500thSince I Came to this Country.

A very Severe Snow Storm with a heavy wind from ye Noth. I tarried at mr Pages ys Day & night, mrs Coks allso. my patients Cleverly. at mr Pages. Feby 94 receivd 3/7_ off mr Page.
