Clear & Pleast. mr Jimy Pollard took Breakfast here, mr Porter & Son Pollard allso. the Latter is So far recoverd as to be able to return home. I have been at home. Hannah is weaving ragg Coverleds, mrs Pitt Spining. Shubl Pitt brot two Cows here and left ym with me to keep a few Days. at home. Son Pollard went from here, is muck Better.

Cloudy but not Cold. Snowd a little at Evng. we killd 2 Turkeys. I have been at home. the girls Spun hoes yn for Cyrus. he & Ephm have been giting wood home. at home.

Clear & Cold. I was Calld to See mrs Child, Shee is very unwell. I recommended to her a portion of Senna. I Calld at mr Wessons & Pollards. I Bot 1 mugg a 1/, 2 tumblers [2]/, 2 Cruitts 1/2. at mr Childs. Ellenr Taylor Expird

Clear. mrss Savage & her Daugt made me a visit. mr [sic] Daugts and mrs Pitt went to my Son Jon as. I have been at home. mr Ballard returnd from Surveying at Varsalboro, informd that Eller Taylor Deceast last night. mr Pitt Sleeps here. at home. mrs Savage here. Snowd in ye night.
