Ephm attempted going to mill By water, got as far as mr Shepherds. thee wind against him, he left his Canoe & Corn and his Daddy went & brot it home again. I have been at home, workt in my Gardin & did hous work; feel much fatagud. at home. had Compay

Clear & very warm. I was Calld at 7h 30m by mr Haws to see mrs Daws who was in Labour, and was Deld at 9h Evn of a fine Son, her fifth Child, all males. I tarried all night, mrs Cox allso. my Patients as well as Could be Expected. mr Daws Sett out for long reach this morn. mrs Ney, Greely, Parmur, Sherburn & mrs Cox assistants. at mr Daws. Birth 24th.

Clear & warm. I went to mr Shephards, bot 2lb Loaf Sugar @ 2/, _ hyson Tea, Cost 2/6. Came back to mrs Daws, Left her Cleverly & returnd home at 2h pm. mr Ballard is gone to Pittstn mill. at Does & mr Shephards

Clear & hott. I wed Gardin foren. was Calld to mr Jere Whites to See his Child, it is toothing & feaverish. I Came home at 4 pm, Bror Moore with me. my Dagts wint to mr Hamlins. I returnd to mr Whites, tarried all night. at Jere Whites. mr Ballard to raising of mr Dummrs house. Bro Moore here.
