rainy. I left mr Whites after Breakfast, his wife Seems more Comfortable. I Scalt my pickles. Jason Coney here. mr Ballard paid him what he owed him. I laid down & Slept this aftn. at mr Whites.

Clear, a Brisk S wind. Some Vessels arivd. I went to mr Livermores with mrs Densmr forenn to help mr Thos Hinkley quillt, Dolly with me aftn, Hannah & Parthena went at Evng. mr Ballard workt at mr Densmores. at mr Hinkleys to quillt, my Girls allso.

Clear part of ye Day, wind S Cloudy aftn. mr Ballard been to ye hook. mrs Savage & Dagt here. Dolly wrode to mr Burtuns, Brot home 8 yds Chints which mr Burtun Bot for me at Boston, it Cost 3/10 pr yd. a Letter from Bror Collins of August 28 informing my friends are all in health. I have been at home. am happy in hearing glad tydings from my friends at So great a Distance. Jon[n] is gone to winslow. at home, receivd a Letter from Bro Collins of agst 28, refreshing to hear of ye health & prosperity of my Dear Connections who are hundrds of miles [from] me.

Cloudy Day, rain at night. mr Ballard & Ephm Went over the river foren, to mr Densmores aftern. he removd into his new house. I have been at home, knit on Parthinias Stockins. mrs Livermore here. my Girls have been makeing me a pair off Staise. at home.

Cleard of a little after Sun rise. I went to mr Densmores, Shee & 3 Childn Came home with me. Shee Cutt out my gown. Dolly had a tooth Extracted by mr Livermore. mr Peter Joness Lady here, tarries all night. Parthenia went to Winthrop, Brot Clarrissa home with her. at mr Densmors, Shee here, mrs Jones & Clarrisa allso.

Clear & pleast. mrs Jones wrode our hors part of ye way home. Ephm Brot a quarter of Lamb from mr Craggs. mrs Livermor & mrs Densmr here. I went home with ye Later, their Chimney up to ye ridg pole. at mr Densmores.
