Clear part of ye Day. I went to Dress Pollys finger forenn. mrss mc ithny, Heuston & Whitin & mr Craggs little Dagt here aftn. I was Calld at 6h 1/2 Pm to See mrs Benjamin. Shee was Safe Deld at 10 Evn of a lusty Son. mrs Pollard, Chamln & Caton went home. mrs Welch and I tarried till Day. Ephm Bot 1 lb Chocolat & a Bowl with wood he Carried to markett. at mr Savages. Birth 8th. Pollymc kethney & others here.

a little Snow morn, a foggy, misty Day. I Came home at 5h 1/2 morn, went to Bed and Slept. Echabod Pitts and wife & Son here, Came before noon. Shee tarried here, he went farther and returnd & they Sett out for home after Tea. mr Burtun Came with a Sleigh and waited on my Girls to his hous, & I went and Drest little Pollys finger, and Drest ye infant. at Dittoes. mr Pitts & Lady here. my Girls went to mr Burtuns.

Cloudy till 10 h morn when it Broke away & ye Sun appeard. Cyrus then Sett out for Winslow, Patty Town with him. Shee has been here 13 mounths and one day. I have been at home. Dolly is gone to take Care of Sally Hamlin for her mammy to go to Capt Smiths. One of Jonas Oxen dropt down and Expird instantly about Sun Sett as Ephm & John Savage were bringing a Lode of wood Down this Crick. at home Capt Hershys at 10 Evng. Jon a lost an OX. Cyrus is Gone to winslow, Carried Patty Town home.

Foggy. I was at Capt Herseys, was Calld Last Evn at 10h, walkt as far as mr Craggs then rode. mrs Savage, Voce, Cowen were Calld. we were all there ye rest of ye night. Cloudy. mrs Thomas Came to Capt Herseys Early ys morn, went home before night; thee rest aftn. women tarried all night. mrs Hersey Seems more Comfortable. at Ditoes.
