Clear. I was Calld from mr Jacksons to mr Brookss at 4h m; his Lady & 3 Childn Sick with ye measels. I tarried the Day and night, Dolly watcht, the Childns measles turnd. at mr Brookses. my Sist Debby Expird.

Clear. I was at Dittoes. the wind N. I Sett up all night. mrs Brookss disorder at ye height; her infant is Sick. mrs Church has it to nurs. at Ditoes.

Clear morn. Some Cloudy aft wds. I returnd home after helping mrs Brooks up & Changing her Linning. I went to Bed & Slept after I Came home. they were fireing a Cannon ys Evng below here this Evn g. at Dittoes. my Sist DebeDavis interd. I got the news 24th inst.

Clear. mrs Shaw here. I have been at home. mr Ballard returnd from Surveying. at home.

Clear. I have been at home. Josiah Kingsbury Came here; informs me Mother Ballard was alive & more Comfortable the 2n inst. mr Foster Sleeps here. Jonan & ye Girls went to mr Burtuns with our kinsman. at home. mr Ballard went to Pitts Town.

Clear. I have been at home. helpt Ephm Clear ye Dore yard & knitt on Fosters Stockin. mr Ballard Surveying for mr Thwing. at home.
