Clear & very Cold. I Left my patients Cleverly; returnd Early ys morn. Parthena & Dolly watcht at mr Savages this night. at mr Savages.

a Snow. I went to mr Savages; helpt her up & Drest ye infant. they are Cleverly. Jona went to see Luke Barton; found him Low. at Dittoes.

Clear & Pleast. Dolly Cutt her hand. mr Savage here; informs his wife had an ill turn. at home.

a very Cold Day. I went to Savages. Son Town Came here at Evn; his famely will. Biah much as he has been of Late. at Savages.

Clear & Excesive Cold. I was Calld to Isaac Hardins; rode on hors Back. at Hardins.

terible Cold & windy. I was ["at Dittoes" - implied] Thomes Davis had a Son Born. mrs Hinkly Operatr. at Dittoes.

Very Cold. mrs Hardin Was Delivrd at ye 5th h of a Dagt. I Left her & Child Cleverly & returnd at noone. find Son Town was gone & Epm with him. mr Ballard went to Woods for Hay. Foster frose his feet. at Ditoes. Birth 5th receivd this feeof Doct Colman Sept 11th 1795.

Clear & very Cold. I was Calld to See Hannah Davis. Delivrd her of a Son That was Dead. Shee Continues in fitts. I Left her at Sun Sett. mr Bullin Conducted me there & home again. at Daviss. Birth 6th. first [Born].
