Cloudy. I am Some Better. the most of my famely are Complaining. mr Ballard has been to See Nr Savage, he remains as ill as he has been; his famely a little Better. Foster is Gone to ye Reach for Jon a things, mr Wall allso. I have been at home. rain ys night.

A very rainy Day. mr Ballard went to the hoock to have his needle mended. I have been at home, have been able to do a little work. I have bn at home.

the Sun Shind part of ye day. I went to See mr Savage (Doct Coney there). he Seems a little Easier. mr Shaw been here, wisht to be informd what Complaint mrs Foster made to mr Ballard & I Concerning Colo Norths Behavior to her last august. I was at mr Savages.

Cloudy till about Sun Set, a very Clear, pleasant Evn. I have been at home. my Girls washt. Foster returnd from the reach, has been very unwell all Day. I was at home.

X. Birth Charls Clearks 3d Dagt. XX.
Clear morn. I was Calld by Epm Cowen to Charls Clearks wife in travil at 2 h morn. Shee was Safe Delivrd of a Dagt (her 3d Child, all Dagts), at ye 4th hour. I left her Cleaverly at 8 & was Conducted to mr Pollards. Came to mr Blacks, his wife & Child unwell. I Calld at mr Savages, find him mending. arivd at home at 2 h PM. mr Ballard gone to ye hoock. I was at Charls Clearks. 36th. I gave this fee Sept 5th on acount off ye infirmity off their Child who has fitts.

Clear & Cool. I went to mr Hamlins. Elijah Davis was Carried to Varsalboro by an officer. I here that judgment was given against him for misconduct with mrs Foster. at mr Hamlins.
