Clear & pleast. I was Calld at ye 8h morn to mr Daws at the hook, to his wife in travil. the rigament of Troop Convend there on mr Shubull Hinkleys Land. I tarried with mrss Daw till Evn when Shee had her women. Shee remaind ill thro ye night. at mr Daws. there was a muster of the troops & regament.

X. Birth mr Daws Son, ye 4th. XX.

Clear foren, Cloudy aftn. mrs Daw was Safe Deliverd at ye 6th hour ys morn of a fine Son which weighd 11 lb. I tarried with her till 4 Pm, then Came to mr Densmores; tarried all night. at Detoes. his wife is ye 32nt woman I have put to Bed Since Feby. 5th.

Clear & very Pleasant. I went to mr Trues to See Genny Coy, find her more Comfortable; then returnd home. mr Hatch & wife & Rufus Ballard here. Son Town Beck here informs his famely are well & that mrs Barton was Delivrd of a Son ye 8th inst. the Revd mr Isaac foster removd to Varsalboro ys Day. mr Ballard is gone to the hook. at mr Densmoors & Trues. mr Hatch went from here.

Clear. we had Chickens for Dinner. this day is the Aneversary of the Ordination of the Revd Isaac Foster over the Church & flock in this Town three years Since. at home.

Birth John Cumings 5th Son & 7th Child. XX.

Cloudy & rain. I was Calld about 12 O Clok morn to John Cumings. Arivd at 2, found his wife Safe Delivrd of a Son which wd 11 lb., tarried till 6. Came home alone, arivd at 8, receivd 6/ in Butter & Chees for my trouble now & at other time. Esqr Coney took Breakfast here, mr Church Dinner. mr Ballard left home at 3 Pm on the Business of Surveying. I am informed that A woman at Winthrop fell in the fire & Burnt her to Such a Degree that Shee soon Expird, & a Girl on ye night of ye 8th inst fell in to the fire allso, & her Life is not Expected. on the morn of ye 8 inst. mr Danniel Savages Junr oldest Son was Scolt very much. at John Cumings, Winthrop. the woman namd Perry, account of accident at Winthrop & Hallowell.
