Clear & very hott forenn, a Shower & heavy Thunder aftn. Rachel Foot here & mrs Welch. Jona returnd from Coart. Wilm Howard of Winslow Sleeps here. I have been at home. Spent part of the Day Seeking The Red Cow. Cyrus & True found her with a Calf & Drove ym home. I hear NorCross is Comin and that his Broth fell over Bord [&] was Drowned on his Pasage. at home. hear from Coart the Criminals Condemned & Revd mr Foster has Lost his Case with Walker.

Clear. I went to mr Ebenz Taylors to See their Dat, Polly, who is very weak & Low. mr Ballard Came home this morn. mr Jonah Crossbee Sleeps here. I went to mr Taylors.

Clear. mr Ballard & mr Crosbee Sett out for Pownalboro at 3h morn. mrs Weston here foren, mrs Welch aftn. I Combd flax & Let mr Welch have 2 lb Tow. Shee had 3 lb before. I went to See mr Williams; find him Lower than he has been, and more Distrest for Breath. I was at Nr Williamss

I was Calld up by Theops Hamlin at 2h morn, his wife & James Burton with him. I was informd that Nr Wilms was wors. I went there & tarried till aftern. Left him some Easier. Dolly & Parthena went to Josh Fosters; there were 7 Young Women Came home with them. Hamlin [&] wife & Burton Sleep here. I was at Nr Wilmss
